You all know how much I rely on baths to help me decompress throughout the week. I am absolutely obsessed with taking a bath and honestly just talking about baths in general relaxes me! The solution to (almost) every problem is a bath! I usually take at least one bath a week or any even more when I’m stressed and need a second to regroup. That’s why I wanted to make a list of my all time favourite bath products: oils, salts, milks and powders.
I have equal appreciation for a morning bath to prepare for a productive and mindful day and an evening bath to help wind down, relax and prepare for a good night of sleep. There’s never a bad time for a bath if you ask me.
